ORDER This matter pertaining to the grievance of compassionate appointment, having been argued for some time, the Bar broadly agreed with the suggestion of this Court that the petitioner’s representation dated 02.11.2009 shall be considered afresh, in accordance with law regardless of the impugned endorsement.
Ordered accordingly.
It is open to the petitioner to re-submit the application with all necessary documents to the respondent – BBMP for facilitating fresh consideration, in terms of this order.
