THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRILIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for permission to run the saw mill and if the application is filed, the authority be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. The said memo is placed on record.
In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent by way of presentation/application seeking permission to run the saw mill in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If such an application is filed before the respondent/competent authority, the competent authority to consider and pass appropriate orders thereafter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the application.
