THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-2 TO FURNISHED THE DOCUMENTS AS PER THE LETTER DATED: 14.05.2016 GIVEN BY THE PETITIONER AS PER ANNEXURE-F AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Gowthamdev C. Ullal, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent No.1.
Sri.S.Vittal Shetty, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent No.2 to furnish the documents as per the letter dated 14.05.2016 given by the petitioner.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken, on the application submitted by the petitioner shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. With regard to the other relief which has been claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
