2. Even on 13.12.2018, 09.01.2019, 31.01.2019 and 26.02.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. On the last occasion, a week’s time was granted to take steps as a last chance. As on today, the steps are not taken.
4. This is an appeal filed against the order of acquittal in respect of an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal dismissed.
