THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The revision petitioner and respondent No.2 and their counsels are present before the Court and they have filed a compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC.
2. Both parties have admitted the terms and contents of the compromise petition and also admit their signatures.
3. The respondent No.2 admits that she has received the demand draft bearing No.006379 dated 26.04.2019 for Rs.96,000/- drawn on Karnataka Bank towards damages for use and occupation of the petition premises for a period of 12 months.
4. The revision petitioner herein is directed to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit schedule property to respondent on or before 25.04.2020 without seeking extension of time. Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
