Re: Criminal Misc. Modification Application No.6 of 2019 Heard Ravindra Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.2.2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 21.2.2019 this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant with a direction that he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties (out of which one should be a family member), but there is no one in his family except his wife and she is not able to give such heavy surety, on account of which he could not be released on bail, hence the said order may be modified.
In view of the above, the order dated 21.2.2019 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond along with two sureties.
The application stands disposed of.
