2. From the tenor of the writ petitions, it appears that the petitioner who is the complainant in the complaint filed against Respondent No.5, seeking to raise an objection regarding the land owned by Respondent No.5 for the construction of Dr.Babu Jagjeevanram Bhavan thereon, the same appears to be in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation.
3. Upon being confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file a PIL before the Division Bench of this Court.
4. Accordingly, the Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
