THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT AGAINST THE RESPONDENTS TO REMOVE/DELETE THE ROWDY SHEET INITIATED AGAINST THE PETITIONER AT THE OFFICE OF R-2; AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Mahesh R., learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 6.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to remove / delete the rowdy sheet initiated against the petitioner at the office of the respondent No.7.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the respondent No.5 by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
5. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
