ORDER Sri.Prashanth P.N., learned counsel for for the petitioners.
Sri. Y.D. Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
Petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of the parties, it is heard finally.
2. In these petitions, petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners contained in Annexures-A, A-1 to A-4 by a speaking order in accordance with law.
3. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with regard to the grievance, petitioners have submitted their representations to the Competent Authority. The aforesaid Authority be directed to decide the representations submitted by the petitioners by a speaking order in accordance with law.
4. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that suitable action on the representations shall be taken in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submissions made and the facts of the case, writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today by a speaking order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the parties. Accordingly, petitions are disposed of.
