...PETITIONER …RESPONDENT THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 18 OF SMALL CAUSES ACT, AGAINST THE JUDGMENT AND DECREE DATED 01.08.2016 PASSED IN SC.NO.2/2016 ON THE FILE OF THE ADDITIONAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE AND JMFC., CHICKBALLAPUR, DECREEING THE SUIT FOR EVICTION AND ARREARS OF RENT.
THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER On 09.09.2019, a week’s time was granted to take steps in respect of unserved respondent. As no steps were taken, the matter was listed on 25.09.2019. Again four weeks time was granted for taking steps, again the petitioner had failed to take steps.
Once again, the petition was listed on 18.11.2019. On that day, finally, a week’s time was granted to take steps for issuance notice. However, the petitioner had failed to take steps for service of notice on respondent.
Today, there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon. No steps have been taken in respect of unserved respondent, till today. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
