ORDER The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioners is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representations dated 18.01.2017 and 05.04.2017 vide Annexures D and E respectively.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representations dated 18.01.2017 and 05.04.2017 vide Annexures D and E respectively and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
