JUDGMENT The memo is filed in the Court today by the learned counsel for the appellant. He has produced two documents therein. First is the representation dated 31-7-2017 made to the KIADB – the second respondent, wherein he has stated that his representation to be considered in terms of the Government Order dated 13-5-2010 as annexed therein as document No.2. The appellant’s counsel also submits that he will be satisfied if his representation vide document No.1 is considered in accordance with law.
2. The counsel for the respondent - Board submits that the same will be considered in a manner known to law. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 31-7-2017 in accordance with law.
