Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks to question the inaction of the fourth respondent in considering his request for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds with respect to the land admeasuring 0-13 cents in Sy.No. 173/4, Ac.0-12 cents in Sy.No. 173/5, Ac.0- 12 cents in Sy.No. 173/6, 0-09 cents in Sy.No. 173/8, 0-08 cents in Sy.No. 173/14, 0-38 cents in Sy.No. 174/17, 0-19 cents in Sy.No. 174/18, 0-34 cents in Sy.No. 174/19, 0-04 cents in Sy.No. 175/18, 0-03 cents in Sy.No. 175/16, Ac.7-04 cents in Sy.No. 159/2 and 0-08 cents in Sy.No. 175/18, total admeasuring Ac.09-
50 cents, situated at Kalathur village, K.V.B. Puram Mandal, Chittoor district, covered by registered sale deed executed in his favour on 28.6.2011 on behalf of the judgment debtors in O.E.P.No. 4 of 2010 in O.S.No. 73 of 2006 on the file of the III- Addl. District Judge, Tirupati and it is stated that possession of those lands was also delivered to the petitioner on 15.10.2011 in E.A.No. 31 of 2011. The petitioner states that an application was already made to the fourth respondent together with payment of requisite fee on line as per the receipt produced as Ex.P8, dated 3.12.2012. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
It is noticed from the record that the petitioner appears to have not applied in the prescribed Form VI (A) read with Rule 18 and Section 4 (1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and Rules framed thereunder. The petitioner is, therefore, granted liberty to make an application in the prescribed form to the fourth respondent with the receipt of payment of fee on line. On receipt of such prescribed application together with the receipt, the fourth respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the said application in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to furnish documents of right and title in respect of the lands claimed by him.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
