ORDER Sri. S.V. Girikumar, learned AGA accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The Circle Inspector, Sri. Nemraj, Mandya Rural Circle, has brought the detenue before the Court.
Detenue states that she is presently residing with her mother and that she was not kept in unlawful detention by any of the respondents or her parents.
3. Though the petitioner contends that he has entered into lawful marriage with the detenue, the detenue has expressed her desire to stay with her parents for the present. As the detenue is not in unlawful custody of the respondents or her parents, no further order is necessary in this petition. As a result, petition is closed.
