… RESPONDENT THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE QUOTATION DT.19.11.2014 ISSUED BY THE RESPONDENT AT ANNX-P AND DIRECTING THE RESPONDENT TO SETTLE THE LOAN ACCOUNT OF THE PETITIONERS BEARING NO.16061031046 IN TERMS OF THE GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE RBI WHICH WAS IN VOGUE AT THE RELEVANT POINT OF TIME & DIRECT THE RESPONENT TO RELEASE ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED WITH THE RESPONDENT INCONNECTION WITH THE LOAN ACCOUNT, AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER None for the petitioners even though the matter is taken up at 2.55 p.m.

Record perused.
2. In this petition, the petitioners inter alia seek quashment of the quotation dated 19.11.2014.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the petitioners submit a proposal with regard to the settlement of loan amount afresh, the same shall be considered by the respondent – Bank.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case the petitioners submit a fresh proposal with regard to settlement of the loan amount to the competent authority of the respondent – Bank, the aforesaid competent authority shall deal with the proposal on merits by a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such proposal.
