THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.09.2016, vide Annexure-N.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 21.09.2016, vide Annexure-N and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
