JUDGMENT This appeal has been filed on 22.02.2016 without depositing the statutory deposit as required under Section 173(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
2. In spite of granting two weeks time finally to comply with the office objections on 08.02.2017, the statutory deposit is not deposited till today.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
