As per order dated 16.11.2018, the appellant was granted two weeks time for compliance of office objections. Further it was ordered that if the office objections are not complied with, within such period, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and no steps have been taken for compliance of office objections. Hence, in view of the order dated 16.11.2018, the appeal stands dismissed for non compliance of office objections and non- prosecution.
