This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 02-08- 2013 in I.A No. 58 of 2012 in R.A No. 9 of 2011 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, whereby directions were issued to the petitioner to deposit Rs.1,200/- per month towards the rent of the schedule premises.
After arguing for some time, both the learned counsel represented that this revision petition be disposed of with a direction to dispose of R.A No. 9 of 2011 and R.A No. 24 of 2012 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad and the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad respectively.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the parties, this revision is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad and the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad to dispose of R.A Nos.9 of 2011 and 24 of 2012 respectively expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the R.As as directed above, interim order granted earlier in this revision shall continue.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending consideration shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
