Pet registered by K.R.Pet Police for the offences P/U/S 143, 448, 504 r/w 149 of IPC .
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission,, this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R On the last date of hearing, on the submission made by learned Additional SPP that after investigation the charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take further steps in the matter. Inspite of affording sufficient opportunity, petitioner has not challenged the charge-sheet filed against him till date. Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for his discharge before the trial Court, on such grounds available under law, petition is dismissed.
