2 THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER By order dated 12.07.2018, finally two weeks time was granted for removing of office objections, subject to payment of cost of Rs.200/-. If either the cost is not paid or office objections are not removed within two weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
In view of the order dated 26.08.2011 passed in M.F.A. No.3616/2017 by the division bench of this Court, the office has placed the file along with note seeking for orders.
No steps are taken as per the order dated 12.7.2018 passed by this court.
Since there is no compliance of the aforesaid order, this appeal stands dismissed.
