Shankar Reddy, Advocate) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for records in O.S. 6342/2013 pending on the file of the XX Additional City Civil and Sessions Court, Bangalore peruse the order dated 24.03.2016 passed therein E.X.P.I. Annexure-C and vide Annexure-D and set aside the same and dispose off the matter on merits.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo and states that O.S.No.6342/2013 has been disposed of on 14.09.2019 and as the present petition relates to an order passed in the said proceedings, prayer sought for does not survive for consideration.
In view of the said submission, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Contentions of both parties, however, are kept open.
In light of disposal of the matter, no further orders need to be passed on the applications. Accordingly, I.As.1/2019 and 2/2019 are disposed of as requiring no further orders.
