This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Perusal of the records would indicate that on account of non-compliance of office objections, matter has been listed on more than three occasions. An order has been passed on 26.07.2018 to pay the costs, neither the cost has been paid nor the office objections have been complied. Even today, there is no representation. This only indicates that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition. Hence, petition is dismissed.
In the event of an application for recall of the order is filed, Registry is directed to list the said application, only on receipt for having deposited the cost being enclosed.
