ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent no.1 to consider the representation dated 04.07.2016, vide Annexure-D.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. Respondent no.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 04.07.2016, vide Annexure-D and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
