Sri Vijaykumar A.Patil, learned AGA for respondent nos.1 2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia prays for the following reliefs:
(a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned proceedings of meeting held on 01.08.2018 and assign reason for rejection of petitioner tender by the 1st respondent at annexure-K under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(b) To direct the 1st respondent to accept the tender of the petitioner under the facts and circumstances of the case.

When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 & 2 submitted that by a notification dated 14.02.2018, Social Welfare Department in association with e-Procurement has invited online Short Term Expression of Interest for providing KAS pre-examination coaching to Scheduled Caste candidates for the year 2018-19. The contract in question has also been awarded. It is further submitted that the term for which the tender was invited has come to an end.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
