These petitions coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER In both the petitions, learned counsel for petitioners has filed a memo stating thereunder that ‘B’ report has been filed, which has been accepted by the trial Court. Hence, prayer sought for in petitions do not survive for consideration.
Placing the said memos on record, petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous.
