ORDER Sri K.R.Parashuram, learned counsel for the respondent filed the Memo dated 10.12.2019 stating that the auction of the property mortgaged by the borrower has not taken place on 31.10.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
2. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
