The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following relief:
“a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any such orders or directions to the respondent to disburse the amount under the order dated 22.05.2018 bearing No.
PÀgÁ¸ÀPÀC¤/¸ÀPÀ¥ÀÄAiÉÆÃ/¨ÁQCfð/PÉ.f.J¥sï/ªÀÄA.C-/ 2017-18 by the Respondent No.2 Annexure- (B).”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in this petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court dated 9.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.26600/2019 (GM-RES).
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
