ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“For the reasons disclosed in the accompanying Writ Affidavit, this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus or otherwise declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the letter dated 8.12.2014 bearing No.SE/O/VSP/ DE/Tech/AE/TZ/F.Agmt.Terminated/D.No.5966/14 as bad, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice and is opposed to Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and as such set aside the same and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
Annexure-I is highly defective, as it is re-production of the running index.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper Annexure-I.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.49858 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
