THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner restricts his prayer to consider his representation dated 18.10.2012, vide Annexure-C.
2. The learned counsel for the Respondent – Bengaluru Development Authority submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent – Bengaluru Development Authority is directed to consider the representation dated 18.10.2012, vide Annexure-C and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The petitioner is also permitted to make an additional representation, submit all documents, photos, CDs, etc.
