O R D E R Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving liberty to petitioners to seek discharge before the trial Court on such grounds available under law.
Reserving liberty as prayed for, petition is disposed of. All factual and legal contentions urged by the petitioners are left open for consideration by trial Court.
In view of disposal of the petition, IA No.2/2016 does not survive for consideration and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
