THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner herein is seeking direction to the respondents to continue the name of his father in RTC to the land bearing Sy.No.282/35 measuring 4 acres situated at Ippadi village, Hutridurga Hobli, Kunigal Taluk.
2. Even before this matter is taken up for consideration on merits, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 would bring to the notice of this Court that the prayer of the petitioner is already considered and katha is also registered in the name of his father pursuant to the order of this Court in this proceedings and the order of the Assistant Commissioner in proceedings bearing No.LND.CR.82/2019-20, dated 29.6.2019.
3. In that view of the matter, this Court find that the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
