This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-C dated 17.2.2017 and to take immediate appropriate action in the matter, and etc., This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, THE CHIEF JUSTICE made the following:
ORDER Issue notice.
Mr.Vivek Holla, learned government pleader, accepts notice for the respondents. Therefore, formal service of notice to them is dispensed with.
2. After hearing the learned advocates appearing for the parties, we dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to make a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Yadagiri District, by a fortnight.
3. If such a representation is made, the said Deputy Commissioner shall consider the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned in the matter.
4. We make no order as to costs.
