1. In the interest of justice, delay of 152 days in filing the appeal is condoned. IA No.1/2017 is allowed accordingly.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the writ appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 13.12.2017 made in the connected matter in Writ Appeal Nos.5142/2016 & 921-923/2017 and other connected appeals. This writ appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms thereof by setting aside the order impugned herein. In view of disposal of the appeal, IA Nos.2, 3 and 4 of 2017 do not survive for consideration; they stand disposed of accordingly.
