Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel for the respondents.
The issue raised in the present petition is covered by the decision of this Court dated 29.01.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.5970 of 2014 (Smt. Rasoolan Vs. State of U.P. and another).
The present petition is also disposed of in the same terms as given in the aforesaid decision.
However, it shall be open to the respondent authority to consider the terms and conditions or any other documents relating to the property in dispute.
