This petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 09.02.2017 passed by a Bench of this Court in W.P.No.35383/2016 (GM-FC). On 12.10.2018 also none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also when the matter is called, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
