ORDER Sri.Vishwanath H.M., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.C.Shashikanth, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent No.1.
Sri.V.R.Prasanna, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
Sri.H.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to take action on the representations submitted by the petitioner.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that the action has already been taken and a Committee has been constituted to relocate the Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to deal with the grievance of the petitioner in a time bound manner within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
6. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
