Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner as Swamiji Sri Sri Samadhi Sevabhaya Janmasthana Sooragondanakoppa, Banjara/Lambani community to perform poojas and homas in upcoming Jatras which is scheduled to be held on 13.02.2019 to 15.02.2019 in Sooragondanakoppa village, Nymathi New Taulu, Davanagere District and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Chandrakanth R. Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail recourse to such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
