Learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 18.06.2014.
Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2 . A perusal of the documents show that the licence was granted to the petitioner by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Hyderabad vide proceedings Cr.No.B3/712/2007/ESH dated 20.07.2007 for the excise year 2007-08 for the period from 20.07.2007 to 30.06.2008 subject to the certain conditions contained therein. The said period has already come to an end and any subsequent renewal of the licence would be subject to the conditions mentioned in the said licence.
2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
