JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the present case, in the affidavit of service so filed, it has been mentioned that respondent No. 2 has expired, but the date of death has not been disclosed, and coupled with this, no steps have been undertaken for substituting the legal heirs of the said respondent.
Confronted with this situation, Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests that the matter be adjourned for the date and be directed to be listed after a month, so that reasonable steps can be taken in the said direction.
Request made is accepted. List this matter after one month.
