This writ petition arises out of proceedings for correction of map and seeks a writ of mandamus for expeditious disposal of case no. D201905440000860, which is stated to be pending since 2019.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Officer to dispose of the pending case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
