Pramod Chandra, SPP-II for R1; R2 – served and unrepresented) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the proceedings in PCR No.336/2012 on the file of the Prl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Devanahalli, instituted by the 2nd respondent as per Annexure – A and quash the FIR bearing Crime No.159/2012 dated 20.12.2012 registered by the 1st respondent police alleging commissioning of various offences vide Annexure – B.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.
Perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings in P.C.R.No.336/2012 pending on the file of the Prl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) & JMFC, Devanahalli, and the consequent registration of FIR in Crime No.159/2012.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that on completion of investigation ‘B’ report has been submitted on 02.09.2013.
In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
