O R D E R Mr. T.M.Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a dispute under Section 70 of the Karnataka Cooperative Societies Act, 1959.
3. Needless to state that in case the petitioner files dispute before the competent authority under Section 70 of the aforesaid Act, the competent authority shall decide the dispute preferred by the petitioner after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
