THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner has filed this petition against the order dated 04.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.88/2015 partly allowing the petition filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C for maintenance.
2. The Court below has ordered Rs.4,000/- towards maintenance for wife and son.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the maintenance amount awarded by the Court below is on higher side.
4. I have gone through the order passed by the Court below. I do not find any reason to reduce the maintenance amount awarded by the Court below.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
