Respondent (By Sri S.Rachaiah, HCGP) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the advocate for the petitioner praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 2.12.2016 passed therein by rejecting the application filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. and further be pleased to allow the said application filed by the petitioner and discharge him from the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506 of IPC. by allowing the above petition.
This Criminal Petition coming on for admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a revision petition before the Sessions Court.
In view of the above said submission, petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the Sessions Court.
Office is directed to return all the papers filed along with the petition to the petitioner so as to enable him to file a revision petition before the appropriate Court.
