THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner herein is an applicant before the 4th respondent where his application filed under Order I Rule 10(2) of CPC read with Section 25 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1961 is stated to be pending for consideration either to consider impleading him in the said proceedings or otherwise.
2. Subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, it is stated that the said application is dismissed by order dated 17.01.2019.
3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, it will not take away the right of the petitioner to pursue the same in appropriate forum.
Learned AGA is permitted to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks.
