O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the respondent No.1 dated 02.05.2018 whereby the application fled by the petitioner seeking for temporary permit relating to the period 01.05.2018 to 31.08.2018 has been rejected as well as the order of the Tribunal in Appeal No.159/2018 dated 27.06.2018 wherein the said order has been confirmed, rejecting the appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit ad idem that by efflux of time the temporary permitted granted by the respondent No.1 relating to the routes in question having come to an end, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
