SPP) 2 This Criminal Petition is filed u/s.482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the entire proceedings pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and JMFC, Periyapatna, in C.C.No.515/2015 arising out of Cr.No.130/2012 of Bettadapura Police Station, as against the petitioner for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 409, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of IPC.

O R D E R Since the trial has already commenced, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition. His submission is placed on record.
2. Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All the legal contentions urged by the petitioner are left open for consideration at an appropriate stage.
In view of dismissal of petition, I.A.No.1/2015 does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
