As per the order dated 22.11.2018, learned counsel for the appellant was directed to pay necessary requisites for issuance of notice to the respondents within a period of two weeks. If such requisites are not paid within a period of two weeks, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
Even today, learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared and no steps have been taken.
In view of the order dated 22.11.2018, Miscellaneous First Appeal stands dismissed.
