ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to accept notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to consider the application dated 22.09.2015 vide Annexure ‘D’ in pursuant to the direction dated 07.11.2015 issued by respondent No.2 vide Annexure – ‘E’.
3. I find no impediment to direct respondent No.3 to consider the application dated 22.09.2015 vide Annexure ‘D’.
4. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off.
Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the application dated 22.09.2015 vide Annexure ‘D’ and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
